Lilly Software Introduces Web-Based Internet Order Management
Customer Self-Service Enhances VISUAL Manufacturing 6.1
20 October 99, Hampton, NH - Lilly Software Associates, Inc. announces VISUAL Internet Order Management as a new feature of its flagship VISUAL Manufacturing supply-chain-management software. The VISUAL Internet Order Management software application is the first phase in providing E-Business capabilities for small- to mid-sized manufacturing companies using VISUAL Manufacturing. Through the use of VISUAL Internet Order Management, the users give their existing customer-base the ability to place an order or check on an existing order, both during and outside of regular business hours.

"The user won't have to field a phonecall asking the status of an order, and it allows customers to place orders any time of day or night through their own internet browsers."
