Lilly Software offers a time and attendance tracking system, VISUAL Time & Attendance™. Available in both limited license and full-scale offerings, you can track employee attendance, manual time sheets, and manufacturing labor. The time and attendance solution is user-configurable, allowing you to set up each data collection station to accept any or all types of tracked transactions. Use the user-definable compensation rules to create flexible work cycle and pay calendar definitions, multi-level premium rules, and shift differentials, among others. Lilly’s time and attendance tracking software fully supports piecework as well as incentive pay.

VISUAL Time & Attendance uses the compensation rules you want when calculating earnings, then exports the data to VISUAL Payroll or other third-party payroll processors. Track the employee information you need for your hourly workers, pieceworkers, and both exempt and non-exempt salaried employees. For salaried employees, you can optionally generate a time sheet log, rather than using VISUAL Time & Attendance’s standard clocking functionality.

Message trigger options alert users to specific events or milestones. You can use auto-clock functionality of the time and attendance solution to configure grace periods, breaks, and meals, as well as define holidays and payroll frequency calendars. Apply “total time accounting” to comply with DCAA collection methods.

Prior to calculating employee earnings, you can enable supervisory electronic time approval, including electronic signature capability. Additionally, create extensive audit trails, and update employee information histories upon editing time entries, even in a paperless environment. The synchronization between VISUAL Time & Attendance, and the VISUAL suite of products even eliminates redundant data entry.
